The Senior Adults met Tuesday, October 19 with 15 members present. Pat Barnes called the meeting to order and Nettie Alice Moody had our devotion, " Our other Anthem - God Bless America by Ervin Berlin.

 

Jackie Edwards was our only birthday for the month.

 

Those to remember in prayer, Ricksie Carroll, Sam Johnson, Tom Edwards and Nettie Alices son-in-law Sam.

 

Our Christmas supper will be December 14 @ 6 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

 

We will be taking a trip to the Smithfield Pottery and to Meadows on December 2. Our Myrtle Beach trip is November 15th-17th, with the bus leaving at 6:30 am.

With no other business, our meeting was adjourned. Refreshments were enjoyed by all and it was bean auction time, with lots of prizes.

 

Our next visitation is November 1st, leaving church at 9:00 a.m.

Our next meeting will be November 23rd at 7:00 p.m.
